HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER
You receive your products within 48 hours across the UK. We dispatch 7 days a week and working hard to meet our usual delivery aims.
Is my shipment insured? Tracking number?
Yes we provide for all shipments a tracking number. All shipments are insured. If the shipment got lost, you get your money back or we resend you the items.
How you ship my order?
We always ship in neutral packages. Nobody can see from outside what’s in the shipment.
Are your poducts are legit?
Yes we only sell original products. We also give a 90 days guarantee
How can i pay?
You can pay secure with all major credit cards or UK bank transfer.
If i get a faulty products what can i do?
Get in touch with our customer care team at support@vapeplaza.co.uk. Tell them what happened with the item and you get it replaced or refunded.
